It sounds like you want to change your homepage...correct?
Well assuming you are using Internet Explorer,
Go to Tools/Internet Options/General Tab/Homepage.
Then enter the complete URL (address) of Yahoo Mail in the space provided.Click OK.

Here's an example
Windows XP
The steps for configuring keyboard drivers in Windows XP are different than in other operating systems. Use the following steps if you have already downloaded and installed the latest HP keyboard driver for Windows XP.

What operating system do you have? We have been assuming Windows XP, but from your most recent response it would appear as though you have a different one.

I found this on the web concerning the missing side bar in control panel. There are a few fixes mentioned.

Thanks Buddy I now have the blue panel, but I still click on keyboard and have no buttons tab. On the link boopme posted there is something that says: If you cannot configure the Multimedia or Internet keyboard buttons in Windows XP (the buttons tab is missing), download and install HP Multimedia Keyboard/Mouse Driver Update - sp26752 . After you have installed the update, restart the PC and configure the buttons again. This issue occurs when Microsoft update MS06-015 is installed.
Now even if I dont have an hp if I download that hp update can I get the buttons tab?
