To all of you who have been assisting me in my post about not being able to log into my two Forums, now my computer won't turn off when I go to Start>Turn Off Computer etc. I give up. If you don't hear from me you'll know why, I obviously have a problem which I can't fix.

Incompatible add-ons is usually the cause.
What if you right click the IE icon on the desktop and choose Start Without Add-ons?
Or go to Start/ All Programs/ Accessories/ System Tools/ Internet Explorer (No Add-ons).
The Google ToolBar is suspect as well.

And if nothing else works,scan your computer for malware/spyware.
