Wasn't sure where to post this question so I just picked here.

I just can't remember how to do this.

Okay, you post a question and ask to be notified when you have a reply. Once you get the e-mail telling you that you have a reply, how do you turn it off? I asked a question months ago, got an answer but since then everytime someone posts something in that area I get an e-mail telling me I have a reply.

Am I making sense or have I just confused everyone? I sure have confused myself! hysterical.gif

P.S. CRS = Can't Remember Sh*t (in case someone was wondering what that means smile.gif )

OOOOpppppppsssssssssssss! wacko.gif

Never mind, I think I just did it. We'll see. I'll be back if it didn't work.

If whatever you did worked,Redd2, please take a moment and let your fellow Members know what you did. This may help others with the same problem.

What I did was go to
"My Controls"
check the
"Subscription" area
and clicked on "Participating Topics (all)"

When your topics come up click on the one you want to change and put a check mark in "No e-mail notification".

BINGO! Now if I can just remember that for next time hysterical.gif

Well, it is now a couple of days later and what I thought worked didn't. I am still getting e-mails to notify me that my topic has had a reply. I don't know what to do now. I don't want to block the e-mails. I may need to use it again.

Any ideas? mellow.gif

Try this:

Click on My Controls about in the middle of the screen near the top. Now click on just plain Topics, the first choice under Subscriptions. Now scroll down to near the bottom of the screen and on the right hand side you'll see Show topics from: followed by a tiny window box with a drop down arrow to the right. Click on the drop down arrow, and choose The Beginning then click on Go. You will now see all topics you currently have subscriptions to. As before, place a check in the little white boxes to the right of each topic you wish to unsubscribe from. When you have chosen them all, Scroll back down near the bottom of the page. Pretty much underneath the last topic title, you'll see another little window pane. Make sure it says unsubscribe. Click on the little arrow to the right if it doesn't in order to make that choice, then click on with selected. This should stop the e-mail alerts to all the topics you don't want them from.
