AVG will work with W98.
AVG is a very good choice.

I am under the impression that AVG will work with windows that are not any older than 2000. I have an intel processor with 224megs of RAM
Avg Free Edition will work with Windows 95 or newer and as old as a 486 processor.
I am sorry I was not precise. I meant what speed processor do you have?
Although you will need a patch to make it run on Windows 95.
