It seems like you'd want to delete the spyware but most Anti-spyware programs (S&D, AVG, etc..) ask you to chose Delete or Quarantine. Maybe Quarantine helps stop the spyware from coming back? Any suggestions?

Quarantine puts the spyware in a "vault", where it can't react with other programs.
This is good, if you aren't sure about, what it's showing as bad.
If after you quarantine a program, and your system starts to act up, you can assume you removed something you shouldn't have, or it was removed improperly.
In this case, you can remove the program from quarantine (restore it), and hopefully correct the problem.

Once you delete a program, it's gone for good.
There's no restoring it.

That's why it's a good idea to quarantine things, for a couple of weeks, to make sure it's removal, won't effect the operation of your computer.

Take care!
