Is there any compatibility problems with Spyware Guard, Spyware Blaster & Super Anti-Spyware? In regards to "real time" protection? Everything is ok with the first two I listed. I now have Super Anti-Spyware. Is it ok to have it's "real time protection" enabled, since I have the other two programs?

Also what does everyone think about Windows Defender?

I have all four programs you mention and there are no problems using them all together. SB does not run in the background. It only requires installation and then enabling of all protection. After that you only have to check periodically for database updates and then enable all protection again.

If you have the free version of SuperAnti-spyware, there is no need to have it run at startup. Just use it as a stand-a-lone scanner like Ad-aware and Spybot. See the comparison between the free and pro versions here.
