Windows XP PRO SP2 (WinNT 5.01.2600)

I had Trouble about 5 times with getting into Windows
I couldn't get in untill I changed the socket for the power cable
I did it 5 times, but I don't think that
is all that is causing the problem

Every time, after these problems, Computer went into Safe Mode ,and I had this message that said -
Window hang up during last boot because CPU speed is not adjusted

Can You tell me is my CPU speed allright by checking the information that I can give you from
CPU-Z and Sandra Software?

Can I post screenshots of Cpu-Z and Sandra,(and how to, if it is possible)
and what other information is needed?

We need to know what processor and motherboard. Newer motherboards usually have the processor FSB setup in the Bios while some older ones have a jumper on the board.

Is there a battery on your motherboard? If it's old, I'd suggest replacing it. Then set you CPU speed in the BIOS and boot.
