Hi
I am new here so hello all.
I have a problem that I need help with please?
I have downloaded the "About:Buster" and "ADSSpy" in order to prepare to rid my computer of about:blank and associated problems.

I have been consulting the Home Search Assistant / CWS_NS3 Removal Guide on this page http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/ind...=ST&f=55&t=3341.

However after I downloaded the About:Buster and ADSSpy I cannot open either of them or perform extract all procedure. I right click as advised but there is no "Extract all" option at all. Adobe Reader cannot open the file because "it is either a supported file or because the file has been corrupted". I updated Adobe today just in case to no avail.

What am I doing wrong? Maybe I have not unzipped them properly??? If that is the case how do I unzip these files?

Please help me as this about:blank garbage is really causing a lot of problems and I have had enough of it? sad.gif mad.gif

Thanks kindly and have a wonderful day

Read this tutorial to enable compressed folders on your computer:

http://www.wown.com/j_helmig/winmezip.htm

Then try and unzip them
