Well, Robot, welcome to you, too!!!!!! I think there is a tutorial on removing Bulldog; if not, you may post a HijackThis log in the appropriate forum(see the pinned instructions), and one of the overworked but great volunteers will help you get rid of it.
I think you will find the pages here full of useful information, breaking computer news, and helpful hints.
