I am looking to build a computer and find selecting parts quite confusing.
Can anyone tell me the difference between Asus & Asustek motherboards that have the same
description ?

Asus A8N-VM CSM. Asustek A8N-VM CSM

I believe they're the same company, just in some countries their call Asus, in others it's Asustek.
