If your the type of person that doesen't have their favorites stored in folders and then subfolder, or can't be bothered to sort them out then just follow these steps:

1) Open IE
2) Click on FAVORITES, then hold down the SHIFT KEY while clicking on ORGANISE FAVORITES.
3) A window will open so you can now organise your favorites!
