I know they have those proxy server/anonymizer things, but the the person I spoke to at one of them said they don't work for P2P applications. I want to download a program ( i guess P2P, whatever that is) and sometimes just use a website and have them see an IP address that I choose.
Please help someone.

I reckon that for illegal activities as you describe you won't get much support overhere
