I got this router about one month ago, and every other time I opened firefox, I would get an error message (623, something to do with a phone book) and I would have to put in 192.168.1.1 in the address bar, go to status, and click connect under WAN/ PPPoE. Even though this is annoying, I didnt mind because at least the internet worked on the PC and the laptop. But now it doesnt work on the laptop, and I have to click connect 5 times before it connects, and once it does connect it only lasts 5 minutes, then it disconnects and I have to do it over again. Whats going on?

What brand and model router do you have? Have you checked there website for firmware updates?
Do you have antivirus and antispyware?
