i am newish to computers and am wondering why my newest computer will not go directly to my homepage. i had installed windows xp and from day one have never had it connect to my homepage automatically (i am sure of how to set up my homepage-haven't had this problem before) when i start up the computer all is fine, i will then open up ie and what comes up then is something like http://runonce.msn.com/runonce2.aspx
then i have to go over to my little homepage icon and click on it to open my homepage. for about a month this "runonce" was asking me to do something about the "Phishing Filter" ? at this time i can't honestly remember what i did , but now the only thing showing is a empty blue screen.and then i go over to my homepage icon and surf away, i don't know why this is happening as when i go into my internet options to check my homepage it looks correct (my homepage should open)
