Hi all, I'm new to this and a friend has asked me to find out some information for him, namely because he cant access the internet at the moment.
he downloaded yohoo messenger 8(??) lastnight and today is unable to access anything a message comes up stating he has a "gateway" issue (??) when he trys logging onto msn, and to click here to fix, when he clicks nothing happens. I thought it may be a problem with his internet provider but im not sure so thought Id ask.

I would try a system restore choosing a date and time just before the download and installation in question.
