Can anyone tell me how to find my web proxy address and the port?

Could you explain a little more about what you want? The proxy address will be the address of the computer the proxy server resides on. If the computer your proxy server is install on is 192.168.1.1 then that is your proxy's address. The port is which ever port is assigned to the proxy.
I would guess you do not have a proxy on your home network or you would be aware of these setting. Unless, of course, the administrator of your LAN has a proxy server running to control access to the internet and other aspects of the LAN.
What makes you believ your LAN has a proxy on it?
