hello everyone, im cant log into my hotmail account. I can surf the net with no problems. ive run spysweeper, xoftspy and did an online scan from norton. i get a Security Report and a blank page. Ive checked all my security settings with no evail. Can anyone help.

A security report from what application---or is it from MSN--- and what precisely does it say?

Have you blocked any of the Microsoft cookies? (MSN, Hotmail, Live, Microsoft, etc) This'll often lead to problems with Hotmail.

Hey, ive checked the cookies and nothing is blocked, and the security report is the lock that apppears net to the address bar. The page says its done loading but the page is blank.

Ive had the same problem with a friend from church. I installed my copy of kaspersky into his computer just to be sure there are no known viruses. And there was 1. Kaspersky deleted it and the guy from church was able to log into his hotmal account. I don't know the name of the virus that prevented him from logging in. But all I can say is that it is indeed a virus that prevents you from logging into your hotmail account. Sorry that I can't help any further...
