These messages keep popping up every couple minutes or so:

I don't know why they all started to pop up again as the last time I used the internet was a couple days ago and nothing was happening then (And I didn't go anywhere at all today before these messages came up).

I used E-wido and it found "215 infected files" and it just showed me 30 or so tracking cookies that I had it delete. However, they keep coming back up again after every scan.
idk
It's some fake registry cleaning program. Yes you are infected.

Well, E-wido/AVG can't detect it/get rid of it at all. What do you recommend that I do? Oh, and it seems various boxes pop up (They aren't all identical, but pretty similar).

The "Messenger Service" is not the same as "Windows Messenger". If you removed "Windows Messenger", you might still be getting "Messenger Service" pop-up advertisements. To stop the ads, do this:
1. Click on Start > Run and type: services.msc
2. Press "OK" or "Enter".
3. Scroll-down to "Messenger" and double-click it.
4. In the next window that opens, click the "Stop" button
5. Click on properties and under the General Tab, change the Startup Type to "Disabled".
6. Press "OK"
