I just bought a new, well refurbished computer. We have been having problems with it from almost the beginning. The virus scan started off with a complete system scan in about 10 minutes or so, now it takes almost an hour and says there are 1.8 million files. The last time I watched it, it said about 500,000. We have downloaded very little, although some things we have had to reinstall several times. They keep disappearing???
Sorry I don't know how to explain any better. We also had the virus burster, but we didn't execute or anything. I moved the icon it displayed on the desktop into the recycle bin and it shows up in scans, but I other than that, I don't see anything of it?"??
Can someone help me before it's too late?
