I attempted to send an email but I attached about 40 pictures. I could not reduce the pictures but I still sent the email. Now I cant remove the email from the outbox. every time I enter into outlook it tells me it is sending message 1 of 1. Since this I cant send other emails. How do I remove this email or stop its transmission. As you can guess I am a novice to emailing. thanks kev

Remember than most E-mail services have a limit to the total size of the E-mail, including attachments. It is always wise to check the size of your E-mail to be sure it is around 75 percent of the allowed limit.

Use Windows Explorer to find the Outlook folder containing the mail folders, and delete the outbox folder; Outlook will recreate the folder when you next launch it, but without the offending E-mail. this information may help you locate the .pst file you need:
