I decided to upgrade to Netscape 8, so I installed it and cannot get anything to load. Everything I try comes back with "The connection was refused when attempting tocontact" whatever site I try. I disabled Nortons and still nothing. I un installed and re installed, but nothing I have done so far has helped. I have been using the previous version for a couple of years with no problems.
