whenever i want to play a game or watch a video on an internet explorer browser it won't load, and if i try to download the video from the browser it is unable to find the host, but ive played it before and my internet is fine, and when i download from a download engine it works, i think its something wrong with my content thing, but its disabled, and its not a firewall, any ideas?

no software has been downloaded that i know of, and i dont know what OS is? and the content button im referring to is in the internet options which says what type of sites your allowed to view, i.e. if theres bad language then the site gets blocked, this was just a guess because there were no sites that were trusted, but i doubt its whats wrong becuase the sites im visiting are ones like miniclip.com or addictinggames.com, just game sites, so the content blocker shouldnt be doing anything
