I am tring to delete a trojan virus called newdot_722.

My instruction say to run HJT with no other programs open -

Where do I get this and how do I do this

If you are referring to the BC HJT Preparation Guide, a link in Step 9 is provided for downloading HJT. Once you have unzipped the file, then close any programs you have running (like your browser, network connexion applications, then your AV etc.). To run HJT, simply click on the shortcut placed on your desktop. (see the screen shots in step 9 for further details)
