When I switch my PC on at some point fairly early on loading I have noticed this message
Windows could not upgrade the file %1 from %2
%1 : %2
Continuing to loads Windows
This message is on the screen for a flash then continues with loading up, I only noticed this the day after I was unable to create a restore point… As this had only happened on the 2nd of this month I tried to do a restore too a couple of day’s before, with no success…

On re-booting scan disk started and found
