alright guys here's the deal.

A couple days ago my comp was working fine. I wok up the next morning and the comp was in sleep mode which is normal. I moved the mouse and nothing. It happened before and usually when it happened i just rebooted the computer and everything was cool. This time though, nothing came up. I started looking at everything and noticed 3 things:

1) The hard drives spin and the CPU fan comes on which leaves me to believe that the PSU is fine.
2) Usually the Num Lock will come on the keyboard but with one keyboard it wouldn't and when I plugged in my spare keyboard all three of the lights are solid and I can't turn any of them off.
3) The lights on my CD-ROM and my SideWinder pad are blinking and i have no clue why. (for anyone with a SideWinder pad, when Windows boots it usually stays solid).

I'm thinking something on my mobo has gone. Can some1 back me up on this one??

Try rebooting to safe mode.

If you can, choose last known good configuration.
