I have Logitech Cordless Desktop MX for Bluetooth. It has been working fine but suddenly when I started the computer the keyboard wouldn't work. The wizard finds it and has the right address but it is as if there is no communication from the keyboard to the computer. When the connection wizard ask me to write a number sequence and I do, nothing happens. And when nothing happens the wizard restarts. I've run through the wizard countless times, but it hasn't helped. Got the newest drivers and working batteries.

Anyone here got any ideas?

Um......Have you spilled water on it? I never had one of these......
Mr Alpha
No, I haven’t dropped water on it, dropped it, jumped on it, left it on hazardous environments or used my electromagnet on it. tongue.gif

Any other wireless devices around; phones, remotes, ect...?

Have you tried to start the computer on, with them already plugged in?

Have you thought about using a toothbrush on it? Get it BLUEtooth? wacko.gif OK, so maybe that wasn't very funny.

Have you tried a different port, assuming that they are USB?

Have you tried a wired keyboard in the same port?
