I come to my desk this morning and this the message that greeted me. What gives with this now? Help!
It means that your hard drive is going to fail. Back up all of your data and find a replacement drive. If the drive/computer is under warranty, contact the manufacturer.
The exact time that the hard disk will completely fail is unknown. It could last months, or it could fail in a day or 2.
