Have ATI radeon x300 se PCI-E graphic
card. Windows XP media center operating system, Hewlett-Packard HP
media center PC m1070 n.
Until last week everything was working with my graphic card and then turned on computer and no longer had" Tv out diplay".Installed drivers and downloaded new drivers, tried another tv, new cables ,ran PC doctor which showed everything working fine, performed the Non-Destructive Recovery and then Destructive Recovery no luck!
Any ideas?

Well, it sounds like you covered all the 'software' bases, so that only leaves us with a hardware issue.
Wait, what does the Device Manager say about the video card? Start > right click on My Computer > Manage > Device Manager
Do you see any yellow or red exclamation points or question marks? Find your video card and double click on it. Does Windows report that "This device is working properly" or what does it say?
