Some of the childs that come home use the pc and installed a program named Filter to avoid the porn pages however when i try to remove directly a passsword is requiered and the same when add/remove programs is used. I am trying to remove it due it is causing some problems with the pc. please is there any way to remove it without knowing the password. I have win96SE, 128k.

I would contact the makers of the software and explain what happened. They probably have had that happen more times than once.
