I just recently finished building a computer. It has been my first time to build one myself. I've had it running for about two weeks and i thought the power supply burn out on me so i got the new power supply but still nothing. It wont even make a noise. I'm thinking it has something to do with the power button or wiring but can't figure it out. Please Help!

To test the power button, make note of what two wires on your motherboard the power switch is attached to. Remove the power switch wires from the motherboard, and then short out the two pins on the motherboard with the use of a screwdriver or other such device. If you computer starts by shorting out the two pins, then you have an issue with the power button.

If you have absolutely nothing I would suppose that you might have a faulty motherboard.
