the computer is a b110 from dell and they have wireless networking with 3 computers attached to a netgear router. i can not sign on to AIM it says ' the service cannot be reached'. its not that I signed on to many times its just its not connecting. there is no current firewall, just the router. it works on all the other computesr in the network.

I am sorry for not noticing the post sooner. Have you worked it out yet?
