The symptoms of my computer are: running extremely slow any time computer is on, and at startup; disk drive does not read any cd or dvd, but does sound like it is trying; and when I bring up my possible wireless connections, no possible connections show.
I reinstalled windows 2 months ago and have not downloaded anything since, so I dont know how it could be a virus. I went through all the pre-hijackthis log posting anyways though; nothing came up... Could this be a driver problem? I have no idea, very frustrating though. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I am running windows XP, no error messages occur.
