I have a computer here at work that reboots the computer every time the user starts Outlook Express. Anybody know of a trojan or worm that might cause this?

Nope that is strange. They just start the program and the computer reboots?


Try cleaning out all the temp files on her computer. If you are not sure how to do that, click on start, then run, and type cleanmgr.exe and press ok. Choose the C drive and then uncheck all bu Temp files.
