SDhelper.dll is a BHO that is part of Spybot's resident IE protection and is used when IE is open to help block the downloading of malicious files by other BHO's that use ActiveX installation programs without your consent or knowledge.
TeaTimer is a resident, system settings protector that monitors changes to certain system Registry keys such as System Startup, ActiveX Distribution Unit, Browser page and Browser Helper Object - combined features of BHODemon, RegistryProt and SpywareGuard. It then provides you with alerts as to these changes so you can allow or deny.
SpywareDoctor is much more comprehensive in that it detects, removes and blocks while running in real time mode. If this is the only other anti-malware program you have besides TeaTimer, I would not recommend disable or removal.

I decided to ditch the Doc. It takes too long to load and the free version doesn't remove anything it finds after scanning. I think it required rebooting too, after updating.
Two light weight and good programs to have are Winpatrol and Spyware Blaster. Of course AdAware SE free is excellent to have for occassional scanning and removal of malware.
