Has anyone else had this problem? McAfee finds spyware. Then when you try to clean it, it says it can't quarantine or remove it. So the detection window keeps popping up again and again, and you can't work. What's the deal?

I WOULD SAY IT A ROOTKIT!! happened to me and destroyed my whole computer I would keep an eye on this prob if i were you.

Is there a name for this spyware ?

Have you tried running McAfee in "safe mode" ?
