I love the little fish, Midnight Angel, and the chicken and the elephant and the cow and the angel ... You can never collect too much SMILIES.
Yes, I have taken ballroom dance lessons. I must've been 14 or 15 at the time. My parents had decided it was "part of the social education of a young girl". I rather wanted to learn, but I was quite apprehensive about having to dance with strange men, or women (since in these non-couple dance classes the females generally by far outnumber the males). Or, God forbid I should have no partner at all and be forced to sit at a table, sipping juice and watching the others dance while pretending to enjoy myself ... Sooo, it was settled that my brother would be my dancing partner. He was more eager to learn than I was, actually.
Anyways, tuiton fees had to be paid the first night, before the lesson started. At the
very moment it was out turn to pay, however, my darling brother said he was NOT going to do it, walked out and left me stranded without a dance partner. I was fuming. My gut reaction was to bow out as well. But because I was so angry my stubborn streak took over and I decided to show brother dearest I didn't need him at all. I enrolled in the dance class.
I didn't enjoy myself too much. I've sat on a chair, sipping juice and watching the others dance several times. But waltz (slow and fast), quick step, swing, disco jive, cha cha cha (!), rumba ... you name it I can (sort of) dance it!
The next person has tried on clothes of the other gender to see how they would look in them.
