Hi I just found this site through newegg.com they are the best for all your online computer parts since I am new to this site I will not try to annoy anyone with a bunch of stupid question

I do have one problem I purchased a used intel D925xecv2 mobo I think I fried it

it will not boot I tested the Processor and the memory in another unit these are working fine I switched out the Video card and it still kept giving me just a black screen what happened was I had it up and running and I disabled the intel speedstep option to get the frequency to stable out because it kept on jumping between 3.4ghz and 2.8ghz well even after I disabled it it still kept jumping up and down so what did I do I decided the play with the memory timings I set it to aggressive and thats all she wrote

well if anyone can help me get this board up and running again I would appreciate I tried doing a BIOS recovery but to no avail thanks for hearing me out hope to hear from anyone soon the specs on the unit I burnt out are as follows:
