I need help with Panda Tianium 2006. For some reason when the firewall is on firefox and internet explorer do not connect to the internet. I know that firefox will not show up on the list when I try to enable it through panda,but internet explorer is on the list but will also will not work. What do I do?

I clicked on quick istallation, read it and the clicked on user guide it downloaded the same file as the quick installation. I closed firefox reopened it and clicked on userguide and the same thing happened.
