I'm not sure if my four year old did something by accident to the PC :-). Anyway, I checked on the forum to see if someone asked this question, but I couldn't find anything thing.

PS I'm a newbie who is not really tech saavy, so any help would be appreciated.

Thanks
Starbuck

Ok, just try this first.
Start up IE....
Click on Tools...... then Internet Options...... Then click on the Advanced tab
Scroll down to Multimedia and make sure that you have ticks against...
  • Play animations in web pages
  • Show pictures
then click apply you may have to restart IE for the changes to take place.
If this doesn't work, there is away that we can repair IE... if it has a problem.(but try this first)
Have you tried to access these web pages using another browser?
If not try that.
The best browser i can recommend would be 'Firefox
if you need a tutorial on how to download it and configure it click Here
It's really easy to do and should only take about 5 minutes. (there is no problem having more than one browser on your pc.... i currently have 4 different ones)

If you didn't understand the last '403 error' link i sent....... see if this one is any clearer Error 403 Forbidden Explained
