Are there any anti-sniffers out there?

protocol analysers can sometimes show yuou who is intercepting packets. but if you are worried about security, i suggest wpa/psk. and or mac address authentication. mac authentication is best in conjunction with disabling broadcast ssid. use a combination to protect yourself that will give you a proactive approach to network security.

There are no anti sniffers - this is a technology of the computer networks. You always may capture packet from your network segment.
