"Technicly" all registered trademarks are protected under copyright laws.
In reality, very few object to their use provided it has not been altered or used for profit without permission.
It's advertising for them in your case but you should check the companys website for such info to be sure.

I think it would be alright, you see a lot of people with the AMD or Intel/pentium logo in thier avatar or signature.
