Howdy,
I have Windows ,Xp Sp2.

I have been using OutLook Express 6 for my E-mail. This morning I received 9 automatic security up dates from Microsoft. After I restarted my computer my E-mail has changed to Microsoft Office 2003.

I have been trying to figure how to get it back to Express 6.

Would someone be kind enough to help me out ?

Internet options did the trick. I was able to make the change with just a few clicks.
