Okay i have windows XP home addition.. when i am on my computer i hear a beeping commin from my cpu idk what is beeping and i dont know if it means there is a problem.. any help would be good ... thanks in advance if you need to know anything just let me know..

Try using this list to determined what the beeps are. Please post the results.

I know that the power supply also has a high temperature beep. But if the computer doesnt shut down unexpectedly, then scratch that out of the list of possibilities.
Also, what kind of computer do you have? Because we can't really help any further regarding any hardware related problems.

Thanks its kinda late but i think it is my memory card might be in the wrong slot since i only have one and there are lilke 4 lol... and my computer is a custom i had it built at a websight called cyberpower.com .. soo thats all i can tell you on what kind of comp i have.. more for gaming than anything i dont even have a word processer luike word or werks and cant afford to get one lol..i will let you know if movin the memory chip to the far right will help thanks.

Find "DDR SLOT 1" or something similar and move the memory stick there, if not already.
And that is the first complaint the I have heard from a CyberPowerPC customer... odd

Here are 4 ways to find information about your computer.
1) Start> Run> msinfo32
2) Start> Run> dxdiag
3)
Everest Home 2.24)
BelarcBelarc and Everest will even tell you your Product Key for windows. Everest should tell you which memory module is in which slot.
