I have been using IE7 Beta 2 for a couple of months. I would like to remove it and return to IE6. There is no reference in the Add/Remove program menu for IE7 Beta 2, including the show updates menu. System restore does no go back far enough to be used. Short of reformatting and reinstalling XP, is there any solution? Thanks in advance.

Hi Klink.
Start by making sure "view hidden folders" is enabled.
After that, copy the command below, click Start>Run and paste it in the run dialog box, click ok.
The command assumes windows is on C: of course. Change if needed. smile.gif

Greetings HitSquad-

Have tried your solution. Message is that the file is not in this location. I've done search for file and have come up empty. On Microsoft site, there were two additional commands using different file names suggested to try. Neither of thes worked either. Same message, "File is not in this location".

Thanks for suggestion.
