Ive heard of an extension you can add to firefox by McAfee that when browsing it displays if the site is safe or not before you go there, i think by highlighting it green or red. Does this exist and if so,is it anygood and worth having? Also where can i find it.

I would also like to ask what you class as the top 5 extensions for firefox, maybe you think they are handy or maybe you think that are a vital extension to add. I dont like having too many so i just want to know only the top five please.

Thanks everyone!

Yes there is an extension, but I can't think of it right now.
I'm sure someone will post a response with a link.

My favorites are Adblock, McAfee SiteAdvisor, NoScript, Flashblock, IE View Lite, Dict 0.6.70, BBCodeXtra 0.2.5.5, and last but not least, Image Zoom 0.2.5.

The great thing about extensions is that you can add only extras that you will use and thus tailor your browser to your needs. I only use two:BBCodeXtra (for posting to BC) and IEView;many members use more.

Sorry about that, Sage46.
It's a link I had bookmarked.
I guess it's an old link that has been removed due to board maintenance, so why don't we start a new topic:
