Just wondering is this any good for light gaming... I don't want to run all my games at max resolution but just run like World of Warcraft, Battlefield 2, Fear ect... at like 1024x768 or about the same resolution on a widescreen...

Thanks
Andrew
Mr Alpha
Nope, the GMA 900 is about as bad as it gets.

So would the ATI MOBILITY RADEON X600 be an better??
Mr Alpha
The Mobility x600 would leave the GMA 900 so far behind it isn't even funny.

Excellent then I will search for something with the x600. I was looking at this laptop http://www.tigerdirect.ca/applications/Sea...sku=G153-MX7515

I was wondering if I don't have any really 3d gaming or stuff to do... just the rare video editing but mostly msn messenger, the net, doing homeowrk assignments and stuff... Would the Intel GMA 900 be able to handle it? I am worried about the video editing part...

Well, at least it's not the "Intel Extreme" stuff. It's a little better the nthat. For video editing I'm not to sure. It should work for the casual web surfing and e-mail. My old 3D Rage Pro could do that. But it seems to be much better for 2D stuff then 3D, perhaps it may work for video editing?

Is the 950 any better?

This is a laptop I was looking at:

Memory 1024 MB Memory
Cache Memory 2 MB - Level 2 Cache
Hard Drive 80 GB Hard Drive
Optical Drive CD-R/RW & DVD-R/RW Multi Drive

Is this any good for light gaming (some not so demanding games running normal resolution not high) and video editing?

Also another computer I was looking at is this one and it has the ATI MOBILITY RADEON X200

This one too and this one has the ATI RADEON XPRESS 1100 integrated 3D graphics
