After posting, I searched again, and found "hackerwatch", ran those tests, it said secure...

Windows Defender (real time)
A-squared scanner
Spybot S&D (free version)
Ad-Aware (free version)

And sometimes run the Spyware scanner on Yahoo Toolbar...

Trying to stay up on it all.....
