My provider allows only 30Mbs email storage,is this average for most providers?
Google offers 2Gz of storage,but some of their agenda I can not cope with.Kinda like teaching an old dog new tricks.

there are various free mail servers around. usually the free ones dont give you a lot of remote storage. hotmail has 250m. gmail 2gig, yahoo, im not sure. the paid subscriptions will yield more. you are able to link your hotmail account o your ocal mail clent to have unlimited local storage. ex:outlook express.

My free Yahoo Mail account has a 1 Gig maximum; Gmail is currently at 2.7 Gigs and growing all the time (and also supports POP E-mail access.
It seems to me to make good sense to have your primary E-mail address at some other place than your ISP; that way, if you change ISPs, you still have the same E-mail address for friends, colleages, and family.
Hopefully your ISP supports POP-Email so you could store messages on your hard drive; if not, write them and encourage them to do so.
