Here is an email i recived from a friend, tell me what you think.

This is the BETA 3 release of Internet Explorer 7. Usually a BETA 3 release is the same as the end product release. The difference is there are usually more FREE downloads with a BETA 3 release than a product release. Thought you might want to take a look.

The IE 7 download - http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/default.mspx

The first place to look at all of the free-bee's - http://www.ieaddons.com/default.aspx?cid=home&scid=0

What I was looking at - http://www.ieaddons.com/default.aspx?cid=2&scid=70

Considering it is Microsoft, I personally stay away from ANY "Beta" application it offers; I just don't have the time to do testing for them and put up with bad application interfaces and bugs. To the best of my knowledge, the final release of OE7 will certainly be free and certainly be available- - - to those with compatible versions of Windows, so there is no reason to rush to the download button.

Right, don't get me wrong i'm certainly not in a big hurry to download it. I am not a fan of IE, i am perfectly happen with firefox. I just thought it was kind of interesting to see.

I tried an earlier beta version of IE7, must admit it did seem a big improvement over 6.......
But i got rid of it after a couple of days because it wasn't compatible with McAfee and was stopping the updates being downloaded.

Eh, I'm not going to upgrade to IE7, even though I'm sure MS will find some BS way to get me to. mad.gif
