hi ,

this pc was runnin sweet a couple of hours ago on the internet

and i decided to try and get updates off microsoft but it said i needed to add some addresses
so the pc would reconise them and give the updates.

but whatever way i have added addresses i have done something wrong because i can no longer
get onto the internet......

i am not very familiar with this windows 2000 pro......i my self use windows xp and if i made an error
like that and can not connect to the internet i would just use system restore and go back to an earlier point and then all would be working again........

but on this windows 2000 pro i can not find a way to go back to an earlier time
so if some one can kindley help me out of a stupid situation and tell me the procedure to try and get
the internet explorer working again i would be greatful

i am on cable blueyonder but can not get it to connect!!!
